BRIDGE THE GAP SUPPORT PROGRAM
At H.E.R. Journey Transitional Inc., we know that many people are working hard and still finding it difficult to cover basic needs. Rising gas prices, food costs, and baby essentials can create real stress for families trying to stay afloat. Our Bridge the Gap Support Program was created to provide limited emergency help with everyday essentials while connecting individuals to long-term support and resources.
