Safe Housing & Support for Survivors of Domestic Violence
The Brave Hearts Program provides safe, confidential, and structured housing for women and families fleeing domestic violence. Our goal is to create a pathway from crisis to stability through secure housing, emotional support, and long-term independence planning.
WE PROVIDE:
Safe & confidential housing placements
Crisis stabilization support
Case management and resource navigation
Life Skills and financial literacy coaching
Connections to legal, counseling, and community services
WHO QUALIFIES?
Women or families fleeing domestic violence
Individuals in unsafe or unstable living environments
Must be willing to participate in program guidelines and support services
PROGRAM LENGTH
12 - 24 months depending on individual needs and progress

NEW ROOTS
Supportive Housing for Youth Transitioning Out of Foster Care
The New Roots Program supports young adults aging out of foster care by providing stable housing and life transition support. We help participants build independence, develop essential life skills, and establish a strong foundation for adulthood.
WE PROVIDE:
Transitional housing placements
Employment and education support
Life skills training (budgeting, cooking, etc.)
Mentorship and guidance
Case management and goal planning
WHO QUALIFIES?
Ages 18-24
Aging out of foster care or without stable support systems
Willing to actively participate in program development
PROGRAM LENGTH
12 - 24 months with structured transition planning
We help young adults move from uncertainty to independence with confidence and support

RAPID REHOUSING
Emergency Housing Support to Prevent Homelessness
The Rapid Rehousing Program provide immediate housing assistance to individuals and families facing homelessness or housing instability. Our goal is to quickly stabilize households and prevent long-term displacement.
WE PROVIDE:
Short-term rental assistance
Security deposit support
Housing placement assistance
Landlord coordination
Resource navigation and stabilization services
WHO QUALIFIES?
Individuals or families at risk for eviction
Currently homeless or facing housing crisis
Must have or be working toward a source of income

This program is designed for immediate action and quick placement, helping clients secure stable housing as quickly as possible.

HEROES PATHWAY
Housing & Support Services for Veterans
The Heroes Pathway Program is dedicated to serving veterans by providing stable housing solutions and supportive services. We honor those who served by ensuring they have access to safe housing and opportunities for long-term stability.
WE PROVIDE:
Veteran-focused housing placements
Assistance navigating VA and community resources
Case management and support services
Employment and reintegration support
Partnerships with veteran organizations

U.S Military Veterans
Experiencing homelessness or housing instability
Eligible for or connected to VA or community-based services
PROGRAM LENGTH
Varies based on need (short-term to transitional)

H.E.R. Keys to Ownership
TM
Our signature homeownership readiness program helps veterans, domestic violence survivors, aged-out foster youth, and families transition from temporary housing to owning their first home. Participants receive credit repair support, budgeting guidance, savings coaching, homebuyer education, and connections to lenders and down payment assistance programs.
